Topflight Release Policy
We value professionalism, accountability, and the investments we make in our agents. All release requests follow the guidelines below to keep things fair and compliant.

Release Period
Releases are granted only between January 2 – August 31. Requests submitted outside this window will not be processed.

Processing Timeline
Once the Reciprocal Release is returned, allow up to 14 business days to obtain all required Top of Hierarchy signatures.

Marketing & Event Investment
No release will be granted if Topflight has provided marketing support, reimbursements, or event sponsorship within the last 90 days.

Use of Topflight Resources
All Topflight resources (training, guides, templates, branding) must be immediately destroyed upon release and may not be duplicated, copied, or reused.
