Zach Paschke, Chief Technology Officer at TopFlight Insurance, is a dynamic force in the insurance industry. Starting as an independent tele-sales agent specializing in term life insurance, he quickly expanded his expertise to include Long-Term Care, Annuities, Final Expense, Life Insurance, and Disability Insurance.
Paschke's passion for providing comprehensive insurance solutions led him to develop systems and procedures that streamlined the sales process for new agents. His expertise in these various domains not only solidified his clients' protection but also opened up new avenues for profitability.

Kevin Sword: A Proven Leader in Strategic Operations
We are thrilled to welcome Kevin as an Executive Operations Fellow through the prestigious Hiring Our Heroes program. A decorated Lieutenant Colonel, Kevin is transitioning to the corporate sector after an exemplary 27.5-year career in the U.S. Air Force. He is a proven executive leader with deep expertise in strategic planning, technology acquisition, and managing large-scale, complex operations.
In his most recent role, he directed a division responsible for the modernization and sustainment of the Combat Air Force's premier training capabilities and infrastructure. Previously, as Commander of the Air Force's sole tactics development squadron, he was responsible for producing the authoritative tactics manuals for every weapons system in the U.S. Air Force, while also managing their strategic distribution to 42 partner nations.
Kevin's career began as an F-16 Avionics technician, giving him a unique, ground-up perspective on technology and operations. He holds a Master of Economics and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, and Change Management Practitioner. His background as a graduate and former instructor at the elite U.S. Air Force Weapons School, where he specialized in the RC-135V/W RIVET JOINT strategic reconnaissance platform—combined with his formal business process certifications, makes him exceptionally equipped to drive operational excellence in his new role.
