Many people on Medicare, or about to be, qualify for help they never apply for. Answer a few questions and a licensed Topflight agent checks which programs and coverage options fit you, then walks you through the next step.

## What we check for you

Programs depend on your income, savings, household and state. We look at each one with you and help with the paperwork when you qualify.

### Extra Help with drug costs

Social Security's Extra Help program lowers Part D premiums, deductibles and copays for people with limited income and resources.

### Medicare Savings Programs

State programs that can pay your Part B premium, and for some people deductibles, coinsurance and copays too.

### Medicaid

If you qualify for both Medicare and Medicaid, you may have access to extra benefits and lower out-of-pocket costs.

### Food and utility help

SNAP food benefits and energy assistance (LIHEAP) programs that many households never apply for.

### Your current coverage

A review of what you have today: Medicare, under-65 health, dental, life or retirement income, and whether it still fits your needs and budget.

### Enrollment timing

Turning 65, leaving an employer plan, moving or another life event can open an enrollment window. We tell you which one applies and when.
